Lisa Marie is the founder of Soul Lyra. She is an intuitive Reiki Master level practitioner, medium, shadow work guide, and content creator based in downtown Chicago. She has explored inner child work and soul retrieval practices that have deepened her connection to inner wisdom and the Universe. These experiences have supported her in integrating shadow aspects and embodying a heart-centered, empowered, and joy-filled way of living.
As The Ascension Healer, Lisa Marie facilitates grounded, co-created experiences that help individuals access inner clarity and soul-level insight through their connection to their Higher Self and the Universe. Through her work as a medium, she channels spiritual guides, offering intuitive reflections that support awareness, growth, and integration. She blends intuitive Soul-Aligned Reiki, astrology, soul retrieval, shadow work, and spiritual guidance in a way that extends beyond traditional “love and light” energy practices. Lisa Marie integrates evidence-informed psychology to support a grounded, Jungian-anchored spiritual practice.
Outside of her spiritual practice, Lisa Marie enjoys time with her little Pekingese, practicing yoga sculpt, traveling, exploring Chicago, and bonding with friends and family. She receives nourishment from nature, music festivals, and dance. These practices keep her grounded, energized, and inspired as she supports others on their spiritual journeys.
